... Only results matter & no one ask for & check for the processes followed or not. People coming from other organization are given higher package, but the internal employees are not sufficiently taken care off. There-fore there is nothing like loyalty for the organization & people leave after gaining experience within 3 to 5 years. There is always a crisis of 2nd rung of leadership.

Working culture is not at all worthy. There is no such job security in this organisation Even HR and other functional department has no clue what they are doing Employee needs to pay the amount when they leave

Should treat new joiners as per their experience.... salary for new joiners is very lower scale....new comers to company but working in industry from 5 years... but still not getting adequate perks...
