There is salary issue even after spending ample of years in the company. Carrier growth opportunities are very less where a individual works for many year in same designation for long time ,no one guides or show the path towards the goal.

Company policies were great. Training programs are excellent. Good compensation.

Dislikes

They claims that their are no targets in GSK, but in reality the company will ask you monthly objective. Only thing is that they do not use the term target, instead they use objective or plan. Senior people are trapped in the organization and they are forced to do unethical practice in market. They will compel others to do the same. Career growth are very rare.

Eno and sensodyne is the only means of doing business.

Working culture is not at all worthy. There is no such job security in this organisation Even HR and other functional department has no clue what they are doing Employee needs to pay the amount when they leave

Best ever company i have worked ever..... excellent work culture as well as skill development.....

Should treat new joiners as per their experience.... salary for new joiners is very lower scale....new comers to company but working in industry from 5 years... but still not getting adequate perks...

All teammates were opportunist , training was good, 0 job security, 0 career growth opportunity, salary okay/ appraisal, bad process, traveling okay, Too much politics, good learning, No workable environment now, innovative idea's not accepted positive-lively by the mg-mt, work life balance not good it almost zero
