There is salary issue even after spending ample of years in the company. Carrier growth opportunities are very less where a individual works for many year in same designation for long time ,no one guides or show the path towards the goal.

Culture is only for name there is no culture inside gsk

When GSK branch got closed we got terminated very badly our life got ruined we didn't get a proper compensation therefore we were not even had any information about branch closing before a month we were directly said that branch is closed and terminated immediately with some compensation really very bad experience , all employees life got ruined without job Just imagine our life without job There is no job security 😢

Company policies were great. Training programs are excellent. Good compensation.

Dislikes

They claims that their are no targets in GSK, but in reality the company will ask you monthly objective. Only thing is that they do not use the term target, instead they use objective or plan. Senior people are trapped in the organization and they are forced to do unethical practice in market. They will compel others to do the same. Career growth are very rare.

Job security is not good because in case of site shut down there is no open position (job) for every employees in another organization of GSK. Thank you.
