Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work life balance is Excellent , Retention of employees more than 98%, Cool Culture , Management is extremally empathetic and supportive in nature. Very much steady company. Cons - Growth in positions is slow.

Its really great company to do work in form of expirence, working environment etc. MD of the company is really awesome personality.

Dislikes

As such nothing particularly like that I experienced in my working cycle in the same company. But yes they need to work on it's HR wing.
