Gland is one of the global leader to have recombinant DNA technology in production of Huminsulin. It's having wide range of exposure to FDA products and different types like injectables, lyophilised products, Pre-filled syringe, Ampoule ...etc. And it has a wide range of machinery. Coming to my team is a good working environment and work sharing culture, understandable colleagues, free to share knowledge, clarifying doubts on spot, pre planned workout on every minute task. Convenient while shift changing to relieve from duties for the day. And the organisation provides monthly training on the process the individual works on.

Dislikes

The compensation provided was very low & similarly the growth too. No guarantee for the increments each year. Management ruins the employees nothing like anything. Coming to the HR policies, no words for them. Can't even consider the Overtime duties, festival, official holiday. Especially for operation departments. The working days criteria is actually 5+2 but the implementation the same is 7+0, hope you guys understand. Means No week off some times , actually many times No transport for shift employees, Adorable canteen, No cafeteria, This is a genuine review from the deep sorrow of my heart. Hope this review helps you to choose the right path. Please note this is applicable for only departments which are operational involvement , Not only the department I worked for. Think wise while stepin.

Compare to other companies here we have more man power. There is no particular work for particular person.we can explore more instruments and equipments. Only 5 days working.they wont allow us to do extra tym also.if we work on additional day,we can take compensatory immediately. Increments are too good in in percentages.minimum 12% max 25 % is guarantee

Overall it is good.negative side is.very strict timings.we should do 9 hr 00 secs.otherwise they will cut salary after seeing 2 to 3 times not for first tym.they wont provide transportation during holidays and weekoffs

...y Hygenic is very good, Remaining things are waste, In Covid-19 worstly behaved. They not given salary during lock down, Who are unable come to office. In that time they take decision to removed the employees.Bery bad situation any one will not join like this means.

There is lot of politics in gland, Management is not taking decision immediately. Bond in four years gland, this is very bad situation in the company any company not there like this.When joining they given Sat and Sunday boffs, Now they are calling Saturday is working full.it is bad situation.
