skill development and learning is good. employee benefits is zero and bus fees and canteen is deducted from salary(its high based upon cadre ). health insurance policy is worst and not applicable to mother and father. employee pressure is as usual and full torcher from heads. HR policies also very poor it's useful for company and purely money minded. it's not useful for employees. CTC is showing high but coming to net salary is nothing almost 20% minimum deduct from salary. gratuity is showing in CTC its applicable after 5y 6 months. if any one resign before this period total amount is loss. as per my suggestion it's completely money minded and less security and worst in employee benefits. and double week off removed.
