I have started my journey as a manager in 2015. Then I was promoted as Administration Head & currently I am working as AVP Operations since 2021. So, here it is clearly proven that the organization always encouraged me & helped me to grow to the best of my abilities. As I have joined the startup, we have faced too many challenges like Demonetization, GST Enforcement, continuously two lock down due to pandemic. All these kind of situations are very typical for any startup to survive. That was really tough time but finally we have come out from that tough situation due to a very good management. Now we are working hardest to achieve our goals.
