Furthermore, there is clear need for improvement in the management skills of the higher-ups as they seen to be operating at the basis level. Overall it is evident that these managements are not at the higher end of professional spectrum.

I didn't like anything in that company. This company treat a employee's like slave and their salary package is very low than freshers.

-12hrs work per day/ 6 days working. -Lowest salary -Management politics -No career growth, no proper training, simple data entry work only. - they are not encourage a employee's , they encourage who is support the management.
