...he Main concern is the frequency of the dislikes expressed by these individuals. Additionally, the salary structure is based on hourly basis which can lead to financial uncertainty and instability. Another significant issue is the lack of job security which can cause stress and anxiety among employees. Furthermore, there is clear need for improvement in the management skills of the higher-ups as they seen to be operating at the basis level. Overall it is evident that these managements are not at the higher end of professional spectrum.

I didn't like anything in that company. This company treat a employee's like slave and their salary package is very low than freshers.

-12hrs work per day/ 6 days working. -Lowest salary -Management politics -No career growth, no proper training, simple data entry work only. - they are not encourage a employee's , they encourage who is support the management.
