Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no liking points and all, Please don't go there, firstly there is no job security if they don't like any person they will throw out from the job and secondly they are totally suck blood from the person's body and they do work extra time from the employees but didn't get them any incentive etc.they do not have any type of company policies.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
