Compensation is good, but growth is very slow. Some times salaries are paying lately, however at present they paid updated...

Salary does not come on time, promotion and increament is not satisfactory, no any responsible person to take the responsibility to improve this issue.

Great opportunity to learn and free to work.In some working sites flexible for family and work.MD and Director are awesome people.But the HO management is weak in execution of work.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high.Some times working hours 14-17 .The growth of the company going to decrease because of high level management,which are newly appointed in last 4 years.Now the company completely collapsed.Payments are too delay due to Cheques pending from Various state Governments.

GKC is good for newcomers,i learned sap over there. I Got Good support from HO except one person.

Dislikes

Due to lack of a good Site incharge,if any problem persists no body is there to listen you. Politics was also there because of majority of persons from a particular region. Not a good environment to work,every one wants to earn money,no matter how they will earn it.

In GKC Projects Ltd is a good company for me . Because my career start on this. I have learning the much subject based upon the training sessions and co-ordination of our team members and also learn how to be there in work environment.
