...ont care about your personal work and now a days you have to die yo get a leave. Compensation and benefit is average, nothing extraordinary. Appraisal is a big blunder. You will get a average appraisal inspite of giving best efforts.

Work culture is not good. There is fights between directors. No job security. My 4 family members got covid positive during second wave one by one. It was just 4 mothnts in GKB , and I couldn't go office for 20 days. That's why they asked me to leave. Very bad experience with GKB Plz do not join GKB if you want a stable job life
