Givhero's CEO is Vishal Chintawar, who in itself is a pretty cheap guy, they never hired a QA, never hired Product designers, Never hired Product managers coz apprently beloved CEO thinks he can do all of it. He himself flexes his apple watch ultra 2 & bramd new iPhone but pretty cheap in terms of team dedication. They're using php lang in back-end, API responses are like 15-20 secs delayed. Backend is cluster f**k. The iOS app was survival stage, but Android was brutally crushed, one of my friend offerd to revamp the whole app but got refused by CEO & laid off instead, so as being an iOS dev, I've designed UIs, I've done changes which were followed by Android team. There's a Guy named Satya Ranjan, Oh man ... He is true chamcha of CEO, you can say CEO's kid, he calls himself a subject matter expert of the product & he has been working for more than 5-6 years with this product, but the moment you ask a single functionality from the app, he just says ask to someone else from mobile dev team. Now let's talk about husys consulting, specially I wanted to highlight name "Megha Swaroop" she will be all kind & stuff but if you want to see her true colours na, just drop your resignation, then see, delayed responses related to your exit process, she wont talk to you on phone, but do WhatsApp calls instead so that nobody can record her, if you got laid off, which one of my friend suffered, so here they haven't paid a single rupee as a severance package. He got his relieving letter after 1.5 months after getting laid off. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN ....
