Overall middle management people are very bad, they only try to ghost you, if you want to take a day off even for any emergency they will 1st say business nhi hai off nhi mil sakta. Their main motive is to keep yourself under pressure so that you can work according them. No work life balance, no family time l, no personal time.

...dn't like anything about GIVA. Overall ratings I would like to give a big ZERO. Company culture terrible and most important is they never credit *salary* I. Worked in this company but they never payed me for my work. When ever I asked my TL said it will be credited but I never received at last TL lied me that they credited, so on the same I provided account Statment where I didn't receive 1 rupee also from GIVA l. At the end TL ended up blocking me and that TL name is *Priyanka*. They are liers. I request to people not to join this company where they just lie to employees.

Not only did the company grant me the time I needed to recover, but my area manager, Ram Netikar, went above and beyond in ways I never could have anticipated. Ram sir’s presence at my home during the cremation ceremony was a gesture that touched my heart deeply. He provided me with emotional, mental, and even financial support when I needed it the most. In all my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a leader who demonstrates such genuine care and empathy. Mr. Ram's actions have set a new standard for what it means to be a leader and a great Manager. I'm grateful to Giva and Ram sir for such great support. this kind of heartfelt support that truly sets it apart. I can say without hesitation that my loyalty to this brand runs deep. I am motivated to give my best every day, knowing that I work for a company that stands by its employees during life's toughest moments. Thank you, Giva, and especially to Ram sir, for the incredible support and understanding during a time of grief. This experience has solidified my commitment to the brand, and I am proud to be part of such a compassionate family. I am working here from over an year I don't why people writing unnecessary negative reviews on company and their policy, and rubbish about cluster manager ,or area manager, I feel proud to say over my all experience hyderabad region is one best to work under leadership like ram sir but to work under him u need to understand the way he thinks, company is also one of best compared to other companies, out of my overall 10 years of Experience I would definitely recommend anyone who is genuine and honest in work as company has a thought of taking us forward by holding our hands till end
