Nothing. Except for my teammates, nothing is good about working in gito.

The worst place to work for. Roopa Hungund and Sanjay Hungund are the worst and the most unprofessional people. Never imagined finding such people that too in Bangalore. The salary is never paid on time. On top of it, they will deduct salary with some lame reason. Un-approachable, un-ethical people to the core. They are just concern about themselves. If any employee has quit the job they make sure that the employee goes through hell during their notice period. After that, they won't settle the clearance amount as well. They literally make you beg for your hard work. There is no HR, there is no exit formality, they do not provide you with salary slip, no exit papers nothing, No PF as well. One just has to hog for the company without asking for anything, than Roopa and Sanjay are happy. And in case there is an employment verification call, Roopa will make sure that feedback is the worst and top of it she will inform all of us that I have done this for an employee and was terminated from the company and will take pride in it. I feel disgusted to be working here. Roopa ego is more important to her than anything else in this whole universe and Sanjay is an absolute Idiot. I do not recommend anyone to work here. You will suffer the worst.
