Ensuring the security of job and supporting us financially by not asking for any kind of salary deduction when we are working from home. Lala college, the salary they advertised will not be offer. Range is 15k to 20k hardly. A big fatty man negotiate u all time. He keeps intrest in type test. Posts are vacant all the time as people leave jobs quickly. U can see advertisement 4 times a year over naukri.com or newspaper.

Almost Everything worst work culture they treat you like a slave and even they did not pay your salary. This so-called B-School sucks, it's VC fraud, HR did not know about their HR-related work, they treat you like a peon, not as a professor.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
