The worst company i have ever acrossed in my career, where their General Manager is spineless he does not have any sense of responsibility or accountability, they dont even release salaries on time every month there is salary delays the office is unhygienic and pathetic there whole system is pathetic if any employee wants to just leave this company with proper resignation and handover they just make a trap by a fraud to not give the employee his f&f i will recommend every one to not join this company in any case.

HR head Mr Ranjeet Thakur ! Working under him was a good experience. Mr S.Yadav, director Dewii, he keeps the entire department motivated . Preeti Mam head MPM, she has always guided and supported me.

The company needs to have trust on its employees and should work a lil more on helping the employees in improving their work life balance.

Overall It is a good environment to work in...we can learn many things and can take experience to work on new areas. Work culture is polite amd helpful TLs.

Dislikes

Working days are not fixed... They call us on Sundays too sometimes.like all 7 days. There is a bond of 1 yr before which u cannot resign.
