...aktime, checks peoples phones without permission. no washrooms/dirty washrooms salary delay everytime toxic workplace the management wants you to give party if its your birthday and if you don't give they cut your salary all the positive reviews are written by the management using employees phones. doesn't give leave don't work here

The coworkers are great.

...l some facts. It's a 6 year old organisation and they do have bond for freshers. So, if you are unable to "survive" in the bond period you are supposed to pay thrice your base salary. After all terms and conditions, apart from 2-3 employees everyone left the organisation and paid the bond money as well. Rest I believe everyone is smart enough to understand. And well before joining thos organisation i hope you know they barely pay you the complete salary mentioned on your offer letter. These people are will always find a way to deduct your salary either by saying that your entry wasn't recorded or by just giving red cards. Also really poor infrastructure with good quality camera and mics because u as an employee are restricted to have a private life.

I am fortunate to work with GIST in terms of the behavioral and skill development I got here. Work ethics are really good & strong in this organization and I believe to have a long association with the organization.

It's great experience to work with best brains Work Culture is very conducive Get salaries on time. Flexi timings. Appreciations and recognitions for each and every achievements of employees.

The team at GIST is very helpful and cordial. Team leader is very supportive. Manager HR listen and provide you with appropriate solusion. MD/CEO make you learn new things every now and then. Colleagues are again very supportive and make you laugh every now and then making work environment lighter and productive.
