Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Gislen Software is a very good place to work. It is the best place to learn new things, and grow in your career. We get a lot of opportunities and responsibilities. Great place with Work-Life balance. I have really learnt a lot and my way of working and handling issues in project has improved after i started working with Gislen Software. Proud to be part of this organization

Dislikes

I won't say that i dislike, but I would say that it can be improved. Specially the onsite opportunities are very short term. It will be good if there is long term onsite opportunities.
