In this company only freshers can survive, learn ,earn like an internship.

Dislikes

I am working from 2018 after 2 year no salary increment no extra benefits only 8000 salary. After covid19 pendemic againg rejoining at 11000 on 2021 but no salary increment from 2021 to 2024 and also salary delayed 5 months and more. Surviving is impossible in this company because no seniour level HR and other professional not communite about salary.

Dislikes

They have salary issue.. there is no fixed date for salary they paid after 2 to 3 months delay. HR's don't have proper information regarding everything. Very interestingly they didn't pay PF also. Management is very very poor.

Gis consortium is third class work environment company.i have worked in 2.5 year and these year such like jail(hall).many people seek during the work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of workload and salary growth is very very poor and career growth is also very very very poor.

My company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love fact that i am part of a team gis.another plus point my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , we work happily in collaboration.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Yearly appraisal is not here.company is not give me any allowence in client site.
