Recruitment cell is very bad when you are leaving this company then they will not help you to easily join the other one, team will not respond your resignation mail. Or if you don’t have any project then they ask for resignation. Managers make pressure on employees to work 12 or 14 hr/ day. Company doesn’t work on employees to grow skills and knowledge.

Gym..though it is too small where only 3 person can workout at a time.

Management and HR are worst. They have no projects. No Learning at all. No growth.. can fire any time without giving valid reason. HR policy sucks.. Managers need to learn and enhance management skills and should take decisions. Worst company I must say.

company never support the employees in difficult situation , simply fired the people with out reason sometimes. According to my experience Girikon is worst company , i never seen in my life
