... to struggle for everything i.e sallary, leave, self respect , work culture etc. The college has not released last month salary yet, when i relieved from all the services from the college

Disgusting. Management is just running a Factory, not any institute.

Library , no involvement in marketing job of admission, management keen interest in welfare and upgradation of students in a less developed area .

No availability of canteen , no availability of shared transport from station to college ( only fully paid e rickshaws are available) ,however college vehicle is available for staff's., sometimes faculties write practical copies for non coming students during examinations and cheating by students in their examinations, may be faculties like me needed to improve themselves to prepare students so that they donor require cheating .
