Not provided man power for 3 months 2 people running show ,f&b service . that to manager and streward,no off ,no gh holiday HR is on holiday mode.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. colleagues are very cooperative and helpful. I think this is a great place to start your career.

I don't think so any dislikes are there but yes some policies and people's are there which I personally don't like.

I like my team and management. But one thing we need to tale followup till u receive from corporate office..

Corporate office not supporting to unit staff promotion ,salary,issues etc..they are giving benefits to managEr only

Nothing. The owner is just wild and illiterate. Shouting and abusing at the lobby to everyone, especially the manager and head. Last two years the hotel has opened and three Hotel managers, four chefs, three sales managers two hr and three fund managers have been left because of his disgusting behaviour. He has ruined the business as well. This is a hale. Ihcl does not have any control . The owner has not provided the uniform and shoes also.

Eventually everything. Please do not join. You will forget your education. Offer letter also given the pad of the sadakchap owner .
