... very possessive with their own policy. There is no gaming and cafeteria arcade. Company policies are fairearlier before year 2010 they are paying good salary to higher management salary hike and bonus fully depend upon management.

There is a lot of politics and management is also not adress issues of there subordinate, career growth is also very slow.

Worst of the lot. Work culture like politics of party. No job security . 70+ year management

If you have technical talent and educated you have nothing in company. But if you r a political talent. you may deserve

Its a great experience. If anybody takes the challenges must achieve the target. Rest in every platform growth is there, travel is there, politics is there but ultimately you must gain everything.

I love too Gillanders Arbuthnot & Co. where there I worked . If possible , in future l shall be tried to serve the organization. It is a good & reliable Co.
