Nothing to like in this company. Only thing one can like is to its lazy working culture and passing the bug.

Dislikes

3 months salary cycle 2 month cycle for employee reimbursement. Poor HR policies for employees. Top officer like CEO are involved in relation with female employees and providing benefits against relations. No promotions to older experience persons working with company for long time. Non customer friendly policies, cheating customers with low quality products.

I have given my 6 years in geetanjali. Gili India ltd . It was long time I gave my best to company. I left the company because I didn't got what I deserve . The management was not good were I was working . When it came for business . We were the no .1 team . But no rewards for company , No appreciation. But I came to know that government has sealed company and all outlets. Because of some cores of bank frods.

Dislikes

No rewards , No appreciation , when it comes for growth need to play politics .
