... work style.There is a lot of dirty politics here.Both are very egoistic person. Apart from that, HR also makes a unnecessary false commitment to employees & grab my Bonus. Overall 3rd class company 👎👎👎👎

WorK life balance is excellent. 30 paid leaves and Holidays additionally. I loved my tenure.

Dislikes

Inspite of worked for longer time they did not try to provide better compensation and it was Little bitter. Organization can fire you if you are not good performer but that doesn't happens immediately. It takes 2 years plus for it to happen. Quality is taken care seriously and workload is usually less. No 8hrs restrictions.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
