New generation management is very poor in business development ideas. No quality concept and hence loss of customers. New management has no scientific approach to either production, marketing, finance, etc. All the financial parameters and ratios are very week. Poor investment decision which are leading the organization to deep debt and NPA accounts.

Dislikes

Nepotism , poor decision making. No respect to employees. Bad investment decisions, leading to losses piling up. No future for the company itself, then what about employees future. All Accounting & Finance ratios are very poor which shows dark future.

Likes

As far as I am concerned, there no job security, two boss controlling the administration, to whom we have to answerable is ?. Too many deviation in thought. One should be very careful in working with mind twisting person.
