If you want to experience worst Hr service you can join, if i talk about ( VP ) Vice president of the company he is behaviour less person.Basically he want a robot who can work according to him even you can't miss any single word, fully desk job and worst life balance if you want to work with this Company you should try in administration , don't do mistake to join Noc department They will make your life as a hell and you will regret it

... report and discuss with senior management, but you will not get an opportunity. And most important thing they are not providing salary on time. There is neither working culture nor have job security. Un professional HR, decision maker people have no ethics.

At starting everyone will support you and then suddenly you'll be a worst performer for no reason

Management is worst, they don't know how to talk, they will humiliate you, criticize you for even little mistakes, they want there employee to work according to them only, you can not pust your ideas, you can not do the work the way you want no matter even if you're right. Director and CEO will kit going to listen to your points even if you haven't done anything wrong, they will shout you in front of everyone even if you're with your juniors or seniors, they will shout on you like you're a slave. Mental peace will destroy after few months of joining.
