Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Gifting ideas has a worst working culture company, they don't pay the employees when the performance is low or avg, they pay good for only top target achiever and for others employees should work for free, very important is they often fire employee for small unrealistic reason and doesn't pay the final settlement for anyone who resign or get fired.

Very good salaries and very good incentives. Some performance employees making 5 to 12 lacs every year in incentives alone. Plus there is foreign travel too. Very focused on performance. Good culture. Many people working here for 5 to 10 years and more, so good team bonding. Fun place to work.
