Salary on time though HR always tries to delay the salaries.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional. Fraud. Exploiting PWDs. Exploiting employees (one eg. founder conducts online training for employees from 1am to 3am night and then morning instructs all to reach office in time with full energy) Highly unorganized. In all their verticals, they exploits employee who also includes PWD and are earning by showing PWDs face. Promotes only those who comes in the good books on management. Seniors treat juniors disrespectfully (indirectly). No respects based on designations. Confused second level management. All second level management are non deserving, it seems like NGO do no have any other better options so they are carrying such baggage. Or might be NGO is like that only who prefer such non deserving so that they can be controlled. Office set up is worst (they mandate for employee to work from office) They expect employees to work for 24/7 and sacrifice personal life completely. HR department is a failure. All time they keep employee (specially managers) busy in attending Gmeet, non stop all day, and after that they expect them to perform by doing field work which they have put in their KRA. DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION IF YOU ARE GOAL ORIENTED AND A HIGHLY PROFESSIOANL PERSON.

Their strategies in fake marketing and attracting people and also making them believe that truly there's good treatment being provided

An utter malpractice at all the levels...Done by unqualified professionals
