No hikes, every month pending salaries( salary once in 3 months, no value for staff Salaries are also low, using lecturers for students admission duties and campaining

Yes. I started a diversified career from this institution, and learned a lot here. Got very good support initially, to develop my career and good increments initially.

Dislikes

Good in all respects but nothing in any particular aspect. Entry level very good, middle level very bad.
