In regard of EOC department: 1. Zero job stability, you don’t know in the morning that you will be fired in the evening because of EOC’s head insecurity. 2. If you work well, you will be in the radar of the head of EOC, that’s why he now tries to hire people with less knowledge. 3. There is no communication between the employees and the management. 4. The head of EOC is two faced which means he is very good in front of German management and very toxic in Gurgaon office. For eg: He personally reviews each employee’s presentation when some top official from German office visits India and warns to not say a thing against him else he will fire the person. Overall the environment is very toxic and each and every employee wants to switch.

-- Super dump non technical hieraechy who decides the fate of technical resources -- Full of arrogant and egoistic people all around only good in giving lectures and big big talk. -- Pune management is the worst. -- Talent do not stay here for long. Money cannot retain talent which they do not understand. -- No long term technology vision. Eventually their IT division will get shutdown or outsourced for sure. Beware. -- After this company... one can easily join politics as this is the only thing you will learn here.

...t too bad company. Manager are easy access but don't have any domain understand. Variable pay 100% payout up to lead.

Not good infrastructure. Managers are pathetic,they don't want to listen employee issue

...rk pressure is very very high. I have to work 10 to 12 hour in a day till night. This company increase salary only and only 500 to Rs.1000 in a year. About to salary, this is very bad company.
