This company is good only salary paid to us time to time.

This company paid salary time to time but salary not increase to all associates employees time to time also not give us bonus to all associates employee ,they have only increase salary and give bonus of permanent staff time to time.i have spent my 11yrs in this company with hard working but no body solve our salary and financial problem.

Hopeless organisation. Only pay is decent. The company doesnot take care of its employees at all.

The company doesnot take care of the needs of the employees. The management is extremely faulty and judgmental.

Culture of the company, job security, work life balance and minimum work pressure.

As there is limited work pressure, Thus, the chances of promotion is bare minimum, All the work is related to credit therefore, very limited salary appraisal lesser than the market standards. Outdated technology.

It provides me a great learning opportunitie as i was able to learn about various aspects of credit processing and underwriting it also provides me with financial knowledge and skills required to know each consumer in there credit worthiness

The company should more involve in digital marketing and also should have more public involvement as it will lead to the growth of the business
