Work load is not much, you only work for 8 hours a day and meals are provided on Saturdays. Colleagues are good.

...ductivity. Its not that employees take laptop home, they just keep it in office. After i left the company, 45 days were required to release my salary, but they took 77 days to do that, i understand there was a problem from my side as well regarding the attendance but still taking 45 days are more than enough to clear it, taking 77 days is horrible.

Nothing to like here. Even the classrooms are suffocating without proper ventilation.

Management is completely fraud. They will deduct salary without any explanations. HR is useless. He himself dont know HR policies.

My honest opinion about this institute is that it’s one of the fastest-growing institutions, consistently innovating with new and unique teaching methods. They prioritize student participation and constantly motivate us to step out of our comfort zones and try something different.

Only incentive part but salary is very low as per industry

Not female friendly, femals are not given managerial position as they might get married or might do family planning so they do not hire females now days in order to avoid maternity leave etc. Lots of politics, if you are performer then you become threat to your immediate senior. Hell lot of compulsory parties(self sponsored) If you do buttering, you are safe. They treat employees like animals
