Too small yet too big. Have many verticals in a single office. When you join, you'll have a team outing. The pay is very good.

...ncluding the managers. The managers know nothing technical, all are learning. Growth( in terms of salary but not career scaling) may be there but the opportunity cost is also there. Would have been better if they conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the employees about the problems. Communication and trust are very fundamentals for any relationship, be it between an employee and employer, they have to improve in that sphere. Transparency should also improve.

...e. Say for, 25000 words in 2 days. So that makes you work from 8am till 10pm. 3. Here comes the most interesting aspect, SALARY. They will not pay you dear. They will not pay you at all. They will only keep blabbering and give you assurance that you will be paid. Nobody will pay you no matter how much you cry for your deserving salary. 4. Random people will come and ask you to leave. Yes, RANDOM EMPLOYEES. 5. Worst company for freshers to start off with. It will only and only degrade your self-esteem. Trust my words and do not make the mistake.

You get to make your own choices. The upper management team lets you do as you want, as long as it matches company' vision

It's a very favouritism based environment. People who have good relationship with HR, will always be happy (whether they work enough or not). Otherwise the company has a lot to offer in terms of career development.

Giantview Private Limited is the worst company to work with. The environment is very toxic. The work culture is very bad. Right from the HR department to the direction, everything is irresponsible and unprofessional.

Nothing. Company was just run by a single individual who make policies and rules according to his own benefits.

No business model, every day they figure out what can be done and it can be changed next moment. Too much politics. If you have good terms with HR then you are safe otherwise you can be fired anyday anytime and you will get other benefits as well like you don't need to punch in your attendance and you will get work from home etc. HRBP is busy in fooling indian employees as well as Chinese employees for his personal benefits.
