Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

If one is work-oriented, then this is a good place to work for. One is not expected to indulge in unnecessary politicking, groupism, etc. The management is extremely sensitive to ethics and upright character. Salaries are always on time.

Like most education institutions, salary packages may be found to be less than the other industries.

The management is very good and supportive, specially the higher management. They have the best Director and best placements head

Dislikes

Politics. Groupism. Beware of the senior lady faculty. She is very manipulative and rude. She will backbite about the college infront of you and will inform the management that you did.
