Overall production work daily based production targets.there is no growth work pressure is day by day increasing its production is 90% depends on Machine with standard work there is No use of Our own ideas and use our mind they never value our individual unique strenth every year there is no valueable appraisal allways demotivated us on appraisal time.there is No well qualified Supervisors.working under with them no words to Explain how it will be.

Purely B2B company. No show off, no unnecessary meeting, training and all typical MNC nonsense. Straight to the point performance oriented approach.

Dislikes

The company is shifting it's DNA from rewarding the loyalty based employees to performance based employees. This has started the politics and licking the shoe culture in the organisation defeating the earlier set culture of being upright and sense of functional ownership.
