Very low pay scale, no proper IT process, no proper computer machines and equipmemts to employees, no proper updation in softwares, even heard they won't provide proper releiving letter and settlement

No leaves, Main problem is when you resignation from the position the company will not give experience letter and FNF on time. They so FNF after 3-4 months after completion of your Last work day.

.... There was no senior person to take care the team. There was language parselty. I have served my notice period it's been more than 60 days I didn't received the final settlement salary.

No pros, I do not recommend you to join this organization, even if you join you won't get any leaves even you have leaves pending and a lot of work pressure. If you decide to leave the organization they you are going to face a lot of troubles . They won't give you the Resignation acceptance/relieving letter, if you want the resignation and experience letter you have to fight with organization and need to takr legal action against organization. Become they won't respond to your call and e-mail ether text . HR is totally useless if you ask anything to them they directly say speak with your manager. Manager give silly reason to you why they are not relieving you. Face many problems while you're leaving thr organization

For organization: Follow proper policy which you mentioned in offer Letter and behave like a professional.

There was no good environment and culture, there was no coordination between teammates, no proper management l, company policies were worst there was always being partial between girls and boys, salary was less as compared to the other companies, there is no from Las 2 years bonus given to employees there is lot of politicaa and the management does address our issues and proper training is not given to new joinees.
