I am so Happy with GI Group, Good Work Life Balance, Stable Company, On Time Salary, supportive Leadership-comfortable, family like environment - Friendly colleagues

Likes

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Much Overload work, very Low salary, Less knowledgeable seniors, Finance Head not able to differentiate between Cost cutting and Cost Manage ,HR have zero employees walefare program and policy, Management have Zero connection with their employees so they have not at all bother of employees get mental harrasment, Financial harrasment. Worst Management. Avarage 3% overall increment ratio. Overtime with zero benefits, Manager take the advantage of the hardworking employees for self growth and then after kicking off when those employees asked for deserving appraisal.

Get the salary on time without any fail..gi group work as per some rules and transparency

No improvement in salary.. no incentive initiative by company.. they don't organiz any kind of activities to create fun or make tke job interesting

Nothing is there is time management properly and also not giving salary on time

GI group is the thrid party of indiamart they hired employees for temporary time and not given salary on time and take lot of work 12hours work continue and also not providing any offer letter 13days after 15-17days they give offer letter and there is not policy of PF account i have very bed experience of GI group and whole week there is working day on Sunday also if not complete your target you can work mode on Sunday
