They use to pay once in a month. If they miss to pay employee's expenses (which they pay with salary), will transfer next month only. They never transfer the money in different date but same month.

Likes

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Much Overload work, very Low salary, Less knowledgeable seniors, Finance Head not able to differentiate between Cost cutting and Cost Manage ,HR have zero employees walefare program and policy, Management have Zero connection with their employees so they have not at all bother of employees get mental harrasment, Financial harrasment. Worst Management. Avarage 3% overall increment ratio. Overtime with zero benefits, Manager take the advantage of the hardworking employees for self growth and then after kicking off when those employees asked for deserving appraisal.

Get the salary on time without any fail..gi group work as per some rules and transparency

Dislikes

No improvement in salary.. no incentive initiative by company.. they don't organiz any kind of activities to create fun or make tke job interesting
