During COVID 19 they decided to pay reduced salary which may continue for whole year.

Dislikes

Overall it's a good firm but in some departments everything is so frustrating. The senior will not work at all l. All they will do is use of mobiles. Rarely they work. You have to do everything independenty that too with a lot of pressure. There is no exposure. Also there are several restrictions on talking with others or being friendly with others. You have to sit and work. You may be ask to come to office on holidays not due to work but to impress the seniors. It is frustrating. No one actually understand you and will take you for granted. A lot of politics is being played by every department.

GKC & Co (LLP) is such a amazing and wonderful firm for auditing and assurance domain. during the work i I enjoy the and feel better here senior are so supportive to new joine. I have spend such a precious time and it always memorable in my life. Thanks to GKC &Co. and my senior and all support team.

The Best part of this company is work-life balance if you are appointed in Poanta Sahib as they pay you very less but you would have enough time to work upon yourself.

Dislikes

The senior management (from HR to your Manager) of the company would lie on every aspect of your official work. Even on your first day, no body would guide. The Senior Management has work to misguide you at every step. The most important point, don't expect increment (Max Rs 1,000), according to your performance.

Good Clientele, including Indian & Foreign MNCs. Leave Policy for Final Exams is also good. Supportive Seniors.

Dislikes

Unsupportive Top management. Low Stipend. Conveyance is reimbursed with delays. No guidance to Articles once by Firm, Learning is fully dependent on your Manager.

not a workable place. the bosses treat their employee like slave . specially mr. ghosh who is the senior partner of the firm.

Dislikes

the culture is old and the behavior of senior partner is not appreciable. he thinks of himself like a world boss that i didnt like.
