Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I was an employee in GHK Enterprises and my salary is still due. They are not paying the salary to their many employees. We are not in touch with the director as he flew away from the country and blocked all the contact so we could not contact him. No response on emails. Pathetic experience. I wish he could understand what it is like to survive in a metro city when you don't have another job and your previous company did not pay your dues. People have no humanity left.

Dislikes

No Professionalism, no management, delayed salary/ unpaid salary issues.

The director is a fraud. He ran away to another country with all employee's more than two months salary. Then blocked all the contacts. We kept mailing but no response. Never got our money back.

Worst place. Fraud company. Fraud owner. Never got my salary back.
