... Teammates are supportive but not sure about management. Company policy is good. Appraisal are fair, they give low salary and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. My current salary is very less as compare to my work profile and career growth is slow.

The work pressure in very high,i have work 2yer 4manth straight in day,i have to take back my suggestion most of the time , hence senier folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain samtim.

Politics in working culture and not apportunity for no relation in senier Education is not important. Relation is important

Lots of trainings are arranges by upper higher management, operational director who supports young engineers and support them every time.

Too much political persons who protects only his self naukri..

Gives opportunities to fresher, you get hand's on experience on latest technology but dont train you.

Dislikes

1. Interview call and selection given based on reference only rarely out side get chance. 2. They don't train you.senior are like if i train them junior get promotion above them. Only politics. 3. On life and work balance manager insists stay after working hour even work is done. 4. My manager not have any technical skilles. 5. No yearly hike once in every 4 to 5 years. You can't save money or even beat inflation rate. 6. Don't let you resign after resign just mentally harassment. 7. worst management policy
