The dealership is into wrong hands. There is no involvement of Owners and the company is run by few of his people who do not have any domain knowledge. the owners only work on their feedback's and sit remotely in an satellite location. There is no leadership and people who want to make it a professional organisation they are victimized by the dirty politics played by the owners people. No Job security, No growth opportunities, No appreciation. Entire senior management has left because of unprofessional behavior of owners and no business acumen.

Dislikes

The Owners and their unprofessional behavior towards employees.
