Worst company I'm joining 2 mounts back but the company is pay one month salary and last month salary is not paying the management issues but the company is pay salary and experience amount also totally I loss the working of amount is 39000 and without any information the company termination the 3 members so don't join the ghanta foods (Bambino) and don't bee foolish

There is no sequr job , fresher need to join Benifit the plant running only 8 hour's

The company is good but salary given too late, managers good but vp not support crush the company growth because of old man not update its do trading in office hours

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
