The opportunity to pursue ones dream exist provided one has the will power.Meanwhile,job security is quite assured compared with the private.In wake of the novel covid-19, l feel more should be have been done to protect the teachers with regard to the PPEs among others

Likes

The teachers dont get what they deserve but the workers are happy to helping the younger generation, our priority. When i see my students making progress after leaving my hands i become more happy.

...hanaian children and adults alike can read, write and acquire arithmetic skills. It also promotes its workers and pay adequate salaries.

What I don't like about the Ghana Education Service is the way they don't attend to teachers needs like provision of teaching and learning materials and their methods of evaluation of teachers.

Likes

The company is open to everyday irrespective of culture, religious or political inclination. The company do organize in service training to it's employees. Teachers work as a team so we rely on each other when there is a problem. To sum it all in Ghana Education Service unity is Paramount.

Compensation is not good. Promotion is a problem. The company does not think of the development of teachers. Facilities unavailable. In all conditions of service very bad.

Ghana Education is government agency who train and recruit teachers for the government of Ghana. What I like about Ghana Education is that, there is enough men trained to supervise teaching and learning at schools
