1. Leave Policy 2. Strict Time management they count time even for Lunch time in canteen as out time. To complete 9 hours you have to work 10 or 11 hours inside your desk. 3. 90 days notice period, No buyout option. 4. Poor WFH policy even they are charging per month 7000 for WFH. 5. Don,t join if you have other option.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They do not support at all. Intact they terminated me and many employees during covid19 without paying salary of notice period. This is worst place to work. Owners have no ethics. Can terminate you any time. Changes policies depend on their benifits. Very bad work culture. I am very sad to waste some time of my career in ggs.

Owner is not at all ethical. Can termite employees any time without payment by salary of notice period. Changes policies any time at any level. Worst place to be with it.

Work life balance & flexibility in working hours is the only benifits here.

Zero career growth just you will get salary hike. 2 years bond in which one can't resign & 90 days notice period which is non negotiable. There are many policies which only backs management not employees. If you go to management with issues they will say nothing is in our hand only top management can take dicisions.

They will provide opportunities to prove their skills, good thing about this organisation is appraisal if u really performed well over the year
