Work culture and Work life balance is good.

Job security, Salary & benifits, Promotion & appraisal is very poor. They layed off many resources abruptly without giving any prior information. Also they won't give any compensation for that instead they layoff resources just for their own profits. Waste of joining this company, when you don't have any Job security.

Lack of transparency, Zero connect / communication channel between management and employees, Salaries still unpaid for months together for employees, PF contributions not remitted to the PF Office, Full & Final settlements unpaid.
