... company is fully illigal also they have Education department, which is illigal. They dnt provide salary on a fixed date and time as well. They (CEO, OPERATION HEAD , ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ) don't know how to behave with their employees.

...ch, you will never focus on your goal. I wish I could give them stars in minus. Terrible work culture, worst salary. No system literally.

If you get a good project then there is a nice career and financial growth for you.

There is a work bond for 3 years or you have to pay a penalty of 2.5 Lakhs mandatory. Hidden changes are for knowledge growth is up to 1.5 lakhs and open PO should be changed if you terminate the bond. work-life balance is terrible here. but sometimes they give you work motivation by warning of laying of from job. No PF and insurances.

The best part of GFK has to be the fact that everyone gets a proper chance at learning technologies. We get immense opportunities of working on various technologies that will seriously help our careers. Therefore, growth is definitely a major factor here.
