Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

... company is fully illigal also they have Education department, which is illigal. They dnt provide salary on a fixed date and time as well. They (CEO, OPERATION HEAD , ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ) don't know how to behave with their employees.

If you get a good project then there is a nice career and financial growth for you.

Dislikes

There is a work bond for 3 years or you have to pay a penalty of 2.5 Lakhs mandatory. Hidden changes are for knowledge growth is up to 1.5 lakhs and open PO should be changed if you terminate the bond. work-life balance is terrible here. but sometimes they give you work motivation by warning of laying of from job. No PF and insurances.
